Landlords need to be aware that there are a number of changes to landlord and tenant law coming into force next month.
A big issue are the changes to the co-called section 21 notices and under what circumstances landlords are able to serve them on tenants. These are contained in The Assured Shorthold Tenancy Notices and Prescribed Requirements (England) Regulations (2015)Â and the Deregulation Act 2015.
